Nice old pub serving 6 real ales with a friendly atmosphere and friendly staff especially Dave. Resonably priced at between £2.60 & £3.00 per pint of real ale.

Had a great time. Lots of real ales to choose from and every pint clung to the side off the glass. Back soon.

One of the better traditional pubs in Wakefield. Good selection of ales which change often, good vibe and not too loud. Usually has an older crowd in.

Call in during the Rhubard Festival, never visited Wakefield before. Lovely exterior with a nice bay. Loads of real ales and a good selection of lagers and bottles! Old English pub, well worth the time to go! Very efficient bar staff! Will be back!
