Me, my wife and my daughter had lunch. I had a chicken burger with cheese, bacon and mushroom with chips which was okay. The salad in a burger doesnt really go though, perhaps on the side or not at all. My wifes ploughman seemed okay,...More

We went in for a drink and received confrontational bar staff with aggressive attitude. This idea to be a friendly place to visit but not sure I’ll visit again

We found this pub to be very clean, both outside and in. It's location is perfect, right on the quayside. The staff are friendly and very helpful. They even helped to carry our drinks outside. During the last week of September we were staying at...More

This place rocks on the motorcycle night. Handy for the quay and the chip shop. They do food but plan early for a meal if there is a band on. As they stop food at 1900.

This used to be a great pub, but sadly no more. It's rather grubby and unwelcoming theses days, which is very sad. It's in need of a major refurbishment.

Walked in to the pub and it did not feel very welcoming at all. On the plus side there was free pool which helped with one star. Could be a cracking pub with more training

The beer is always good, always pleasant in the bar, very friendly and very popular, with lovely views of the quayside and close to the shops.

Was very unwelcoming and seemed grimy. Floor was slippery and tables sticky. Drinks were overpriced!! £10.50 for two gin & tonics. Was only £8 in the Poole Arms and it was clean and served with a smile We will not be returning.
