Great bands and good beer. No attitude and friendly people. No chavs either which is nice compared to the rest of the highstreet. Best pub in Stevenage.

We’ve been here a few times and it’s always a great time out. There is an outside area (which is also heated) which is always buzzing. The atmosphere is great and the pub was recently refurbished which has made it look fresh. The pub is...More

What’s not to like about the Red? Old school pub with great live bands. Great characters who drink there and a relaxed atmosphere. Can’t wait to go back!

The Red is the best pub to go for live music. Covers bands on Saturdays playing mainly rock are usually good and the atmosphere is great. Also good for a summer evening. Garden is large. Drinks are an average price for pubs in the area.
