It was wonderful to see how the skilful Bennington gardeners have changed and developed this lovely space! Car parking was easy, and the TeaRoom was once again a great experience with the atmosphere of the 1950s and a very English tea set - and amazing...More

We were privileged to have the opportunity to visit this garden as a private group and we were most impressed with the welcome we received. The gardens are well worth a visit, and were looking impressive in May, even though the garden is more well...More

Beautiful drifts of snowdrops in a well maintained setting. The frozen lake & blue skies made for a glorious backdrop. Had hoped to buy some snowdrops but they were too pricey for me. Recommend the snowdrop concert s in the local church, the musicians were...More

Go every year. For chilli heads this is one you want to be at. It's viable for one day but the atmosphere far outranks some of the bigger festivals we attend. When its sunny the grounds and the quality of stalls is impeccable. The exhibitors...More

This is a three day event that takes place every year over the August Bank Holiday. The weather was good and with nothing else to do we went to sample some red hot chilli products. Entrance is £8.50 - for that you get the historic...More

Went for the chilli festival on a boiling hot day. Bit pricey just to get in to a load of stalls but there you go. The stalls were spread out all over the place but I could tell the grounds are stunning. Beautiful manicured lawns...More

We have been meaning to visit the chilli festival at Benington for years and years and finally were able to get there this time. We were a little taken aback by the cost of entry (I think it was £8.95 each or thereabouts), but I...More

The gardens are not generally open to the general public. There are special events (like the chilli festival) google the web for their calendar ... (I can't post the link here) I hope this helps.
