whilst interesting, these ruins are very small and not very time consuming so you won't need long to look around. there are only a couple of significant parts of the old building still standing so you need your imagination when reading the signs/maps.

These are interesting ruins of the Blackfriar Monastery right in downtown Ipswich. Took me a little time to fin them, but it was worth the walk. There are a few signs, showing how the building used to be and what each part was used for.
