Repeat visit. Lunch. Hunters chicken on sourdough bread. Dish looked attractive but having tasted the first piece of chicken....terrible, rancid and unedible. Dish was taken away without question and replaced by another choice with apologies. The other ordered dish of ham, egg & chips was...More

Meat was just gristle and I never found any kidney. Long wait poor food. Only one person serving at the bar and when we ordered the food they told us a 40 minute wait, it wasn’t worth the wait. Won’t be going back.

We went on a Wednesday - which happens to be karoke night. Felt like we were intruding on a locals night - everyone knew everyone and outsides from the group didnt feel welcome. Shame - venue is lovely and so is the food.

I had lunch here and was lovely and brilliant value. Only downfall was no decaf tea or coffee so my choice of drink was water. Thought they would at least do decaf coffee.
