The high part of the beach is mainly pebble and on the last two visits there have been people building cairns or caves with the pebbles. Always clean. When the tide is out you can see the depth that the tide drops and the sand...More

North shore is a very pleasant beach with a lovely paddling pool for the children, which is free and very clean. The toilet facilities are the best I have come across in a holiday place and kept clean all day.

A quintessential British beach which stretches as far as the eye can see. Well maintained and has boat/speedboat rides available. There’s also a Punch & Judy show there. The highlight however was watching my grandson riding a donkey, wonderful stuff.
