A lovely little walk out to the pier to have a few 2ps in the machines followed by a drink in the lovely eaterie. Highlight of the trip was seeing the awesome moustache on Calton who works there. Brilliant views across the bay.

Not been on this pier for over 15 years. Nice that there is no longer a charge to either walk on the Pier or to enter the Lifeboat station ( there is a "per-rod" charge, for angling)

I regularly walk along the pier on sundays before i go to church! its a nice blast of fresh air whatever the weather! great views and the lifeboat station is well worth a visit! the lifeboat is over 2000bhp! quite impressive!
