We got the bus here from Stavanger station, only 20mins ride on bus 2 or 3 costing 35NOK 1 way. (Buses every 6-8 mins) So glad we did, the beach was quiet and so peaceful, lovely to walk around he coast and get another perspective...More

This beach combines sea, mountains and forrest. Great for families. Free parking and public restroom. Stavanger kommune has done a Great effort with the new cycle path.

Excellent place to sit down and relax. During summer you will find it very hard to find a parking spot so go early as possible. Take plenty of food and water. Great place for a swim too.
