On a beautiful day, it is a very nice place to go to. The cafe is nice with good carrot cake and shrimp sandwiches. Not much to visit aside from the view.

A fantastic place with so much history. Great little boattrip, and very good local guide. Absolute a place to visit when staying in Trondheim.

Such a beautiful island. It's necessary to go inside the fortress and listen very interesting story by the guide. Also when it's sunny, there's a lot of people around who're grilling.

..or just a nice place to hang out on a sunny day. Take a guided tour once you get to the island, it's worth it. Tip: Bring your own food, it's expencive to eat there.
