Id seen this building a lot ... but what you fail to comprehend merely from the usual pictures is how large it is ! It also has a lot of fine little detail in the stonework. Marvelous building ! Unique too.

Working in the legal profession, I have always been fascinated with how other forms of government work. I have booked similar tours in other countries, but this one was truly in-depth and highly entertaining, as well as historically and culturally interesting. It's worth waiting in...More

An interesting building of yellow brick, the Parliament stands at the top of beautiful municipals gardens. Most unusual and surprising in this day and age: the building has no visible security outside!

Beautiful setting with lots of people in a park setting enjoying the downtown of this beautiful city. The design and architecture of this building is very attractive and inviting. Doesn't seem to be real large.

It is at the heart of Oslo and you cannot miss it since there aren't so many other similar buildings at Oslo it's worth taking a break here.

This is not a must see by any means. It is the Parliament building, nothing else... sometimes there are demonstrations outside which can be interesting

Admission is free to this massive building of Norway's House of Representatives. The surrounding area is very well kept, manicured greens. We listened to a young parlementarien being interviewed by reporters right outside the building.

This is by far my favourite building in Oslo. I actually didn't realise that they did tours until we had left Oslo but even just looking at the building from outside is a lovely thing to do. If you're in Oslo and in the area...More
