We came for some dinner on a Friday evening. The Cafe is is a good location at the end of the main street and close to the old centre of Vienna. The Cafe was busy with a great atmosphere and Staff were very welcoming and friendly. The food was great along with the beer and cocktails too. I would recommend!

We had a really fantastic evening which was made better by our waiter Miguel who was a fantastic host, really pleasant and funny and made our night that more special. This was a very popular place, the food was delicious and the portions were massive, the dessert size is always a sharer and the cocktails were great. The person who served us in the shop was really nice and pleasant to speak to and it was fantastic service all around. Places like this make you want to return when the experience hits all the notes. Thank you for a wonderful evening :)

Visited here on a day trip from the Xmas markets in Bratislava. As you would expect it was really busy, we had a drink at the bar whilst waiting for a table, it only took 15 minutes or so, we were a group of 7. We were shown upstairs, our server was Maria, think Maria was from Romania, she spoke excellent English. She was very informative and an absolute delight, polite and really positive, she also had a great sense of humour. Our drinks and food arrived in good time, the food was excellent, tasted great and was warm. We had a great visit that was made even better by Maria, definitely recommend you pop in here. We just had Lunch in the Hard Rock Cafe before our Boat Trip, 5mn walk from there. This is a tiny Hard Rock Cafe but the welcome was fantastic, very careful about Guests satisfaction, loved it ! Meals and prices are very average and similar to any Hard Rock Cafe and it was good enough for us. Again, the famous Cocktails and the offered Glasses were a Plus ! It is located is a nice streets where you can enjoy some shopping and it is very near by the So Vienna Hotel. Thanks to Fransesca, our Host of the Day !

We’ve been to Vienna, many times, and didn’t realise they had a HRC. So pleased we found this one. Service was so good, we went twice. The first time, we were taken care of by Effye, who did a great job! The second time Peter was also excellent! The restaurant is charming, lovely atmosphere and great array of rock memorabilia. The food was great quality and reflected the high standards we’ve come to expect from HRC. Next time we’re in Vienna, we’ll be returning here as we felt so welcome. Would highly recommend!

Fairly small store and restaurant area compared to other countries we have visited. Food pretty good as usual, fast service. They managed to fit us in even though we arrived too early for our booking.

I have made several visits to this great place as we visit Vienna, from England so often. On this occasion I was accompanied by my adult daughter. This restaurant is totally different from the HRC in Orlando; which is most impressive and has the “wow” factor. However, I prefer HRC in Vienna as it still affords the fine level of service and food (that define HRC brand) but is somewhat warmer and more intimate: great memorabilia on display but not too much- giving one the opportunity to observe it with more care. I loved the Legendary burger and my daughter, her chicken and ribs: we simply had to share the impressive and tasty hot fudge dessert, but couldn’t manage to finish it. However, it’s the great team members that make this venue so great! On this occasion, we were taken care of by Anastasiia, who was attentive, engaging but didn’t impose at all. She ensured we had a great experience. The manager visited tables to check on guest satisfaction, this is great because it also supports the team. There is a good array of merchandise; we bought several items, on our previous visit and are very happy with it. I look forward to my next visit, when I visit with my husband- any time I’m in Vienna, this is a “must” for us. Although we enjoy high end fine dining, in terms of traditional Austrian food, this place serves quality food in a great atmosphere and we love it! Thanks to the team!

Hard Rock Cafe in Vienna is similar to other Hard Rock Cafes, great food and great service. It was our first night at Vienna and of course we had to go to Hard Rock to try the legendary burger and get the classic hat. Amazingly both the hostess and our server were from US, one had moved to continue her study and was working at Hard Rock to pay the bills the other had just decided to move. Needless to say the food and service was as good as any other real Hard Rock Cafe. I say real since there are others such as the one in Cancun which I do not consider it a real Hard Rock Cafe, more like want a be.
