there was no factory tour because there are only 2 per day. that would have really made the tour nicer. the pieces on display are beautiful. not a lot of displayed pieces; we were through in under 30 minutes. would have liked to purchase something...More

This is the shop in Spiegelgasse, I did not go to the factory. I bought one cup + saucer for 99 euro. That was the cheapest one; there was a nice hand painted one, 290 euro.
