Unfortunately there is a huge chain-link fence all the way around the building. Impossible to get close to it, impossible to get good photos.

The Parliament building itself is closed while renovation work takes place. This could take 2 or more years. The statues, fountain and the facade of the building can still be photographed. Parliament now sits in the Hofburg.

Just the outside view is impressive. It is one of the imposant building on the Ringstrasse. It certainly has a Greek style to it especially with Pallas Athene statue right in front. While you can't visit the interor due to renovations, we recommend taking the...More

One of the most beautiful government buildings you will ever see. I only saw this from the outside and I am not sure if they have tours or not. If they do, I am certain it would be worthwhile.

Although still being renovated, the Austrian parliament buildings exudes a lot of history. It is where the two houses of the Austrian Parliament conduct their sessions and is in Grecian neo-classical architecture.

Amazing greek revival building. Great plaza. Looked to be a faithful reproduction of the Parthenon in Athens.

Beautiful building, however it is currently being refurbished and will not open for another 3 years, hence the 3 star review. Parliament has currently relocated to a modern building near the Hofburg and again this is not currently open to the public. It is worth...More
