A tiny park set up by a Japanese professor to honour the relations with the Japanese sister town. It is very nicely decorated, with a pool and a tea house (was closed), a few water falls just amidst the city. It is great to sit...More

The park is really beautiful especially during the spring, when all the trees are blooming. However it's also very popular then. Setagaya is a very small park, you can walk it around within maybe 15 minutes - and that's including stops to take pictures. Taking...More

I was looking for a nice and quite place In Vienna and even though it's beautiful and worth to visit, it's a bit small and way too close to the road therefore it's not as quiet as I thought.

This park is small, clean and cute. The problem is that you can walk through it in approximately 10 - 15 max minutes. Unfortunately when we arrived magnolia and sakura trees had already finished its blooming. Resuming - nice place, where you can spent half...More

Setagaya is a small park containing all the elements we expect to find in a japanese garden (fountain, small waterfall, pond, three bridges, tea-house and most important a japanese cherry tree). Best time for visiting is early morning when there are hardly any people. If...More

Setagaya Garden looks great in the Internet. However, going there in the middle of the summer is a different experience. It is easy to get there by tram line 37 - but there is no indication which points to the park - which is more...More

Small but very neatly done and undoubtedly attractive park in 19th district of Vienna. It happened so that we visit it always in autumn, so it had a foggy atmosphere, which enhanced Japanese character of the place. Be aware though that besides the Setagaya park...More

Vienna’s poshest green leafy suburb is also its most
romantic hotspot. Walk up Grinzinger Strasse with its
many historic wine taverns. The tops of nearby
Nussberg and Reisenberg hills make for great strolls
through the vineyards, and the occasional discovery of
a hidden winery. Popular local weekend hangouts are
Neustift am Walde with even more great wine taverns,
and café restaurant Cobenzl, up on Cobenzl hill –
