The artwork on the ceiling and the way that the characters depicted on the curved parts of the walls are 3d are amazing for a church! A lot of time and effort put into this and well worth a look.

I was walking past the church unintentionally and stopped to have a look inside, it is a nice church and worth spending some time having a look. I saw this church after visiting St Stephan’s, so it was not as impressive but still a nice...More

You can visit an interesting church near Graben in the inner center of Vienna. St. Peter's church is small outside and bigger inside. Baroque at its best form. It is a central space with vaults and waving walls. Read about altars in written guide. Place...More

While we were walking to st Stephens we happened to pass St. Peter’s nice little church but I think the St Peters fountain is much more of an attraction.

Beautiful Church with columns which has spiral narrative. The Dome is stunning. There are a lot of people trying to sell some concert tickets . The church hosts concerts.

Not very far from Stephans Dom, this church is well worth a visit. Although tucked away down a side street, once you are inside it is a glory of baroque splendour.

There was no fee when I visited in Oct 2017. There is a small fee for candles if you want to light one. Also, you are welcome to donate voluntarily to support the upkeep of the church. It is easy to get to and definitely... More

When we were there (an early evening, around 18:00) it was just the organ, no other musical instruments, and a chorus. It was wonderful !
