This gorgeous baroque church holds concerts regularly and I have been to many chamber music concerts here. This year I attended the advent "Magic Trumpet" concert with Pipe Organ, Trumpet, and some narration. The church is gorgeous and a wonderful place to hear music. I would give this particular concert only a medium to good rating as although the music... More

This church is very beautiful and ornate! In some ways, it is like a much smaller version of the Karlskirche. If you like beautiful churches, this church should absolutely be visited while in Vienna. This church is somewhat narrow with an organ located on the mezzanine above the main floor. A magic trumpet concert (with 1 trempeteer and an organist)... More

I very much enjoyed this concert. The Aeon quartet gave a lovely performance on original instruments. The church is lovely (and warm). Great evening.

This sweet baroque church is recently renovated and the perfect container of period music and instruments. The professional musicians lift your experience.

A lovely ornate church. Remember to take a look at the organ. I wonder how they can afford to maintain all the beautiful churches in Vienna.

We were looking for a place to enjoy chamber music. This was the perfect setting and the artists performance was outstanding. They offer senior pricing for tickets which can be purchases in advance or at the door. Vienna was a one day stop on our Viking River Cruise and we were seeking a quality music event that wouldn't take up... More

Stepped in this church briefly and enjoyed the Baroque architecture. There was a service already in progress that I did not want to disturb but it is a beautiful atmosphere in which to worship or simply enjoy some peace from the hectic city.

For a moment of peace and reflection. Wonderful concerts held here frequently. All of the arts represented in this small space. Great Italian restaurant next door.

In Vienna's best-known district, pedestrian boulevards Kärntner Strasse and Graben connect you with landmarks such as the Wiener Staatsoper (Vienna State Opera), Vienna’s iconic Stephansdom (St. Stephen’s Cathedral) and the vast compound of Hofburg, the Habsburgs’ former Imperial Palace. Peek down side streets such as Annagasse and Weihburggasse, and Graben’s Seilergasse and Habsburggasse, to get a feel for the centre. The Imperial Apartments and the refreshingly demystifying Sissi Museum are must-dos at Hofburg. Spacious squares such as Am Hof and Freyung often host beautiful seasonal and antiques markets.
