About 15 years ago 2 museums, the Leopold and Mumok were built in this gigantic courtyard of this complex, along with benches, and loungers, and several restaurants and bars. Hundreds of young adults are here evenings in warm weather and in "Winter MQ."

Good place to spend your time usefully. The two main museums (Leopold and Mumok) are fantastic. The temporary exhibitions are not my favorite, but still, it's worth to visit. Leopold Cafe is amazing, with very godd asian food.

The museums in this area are amazing! I enjoyed the natural science museum. The layout, content and attention to detail is great. Worth the entrance fee!

Vienna is the best city to live in. MuseumsQuartier needs at least three days to spend in order to leak the tip of the iceberg! They have treasures collected through centuries of Austrian Imperial epoch. An astonishing variety of artifacts and masterpieces.

Even if you are not visiting the museums, this is a place to walk to and enjoy especially at night when everything is lit up.

All the museums you want in one area. The museum complex is great, with galleries, restaurants, food stalls and the museums. Made for a great day!

We tried very hard to find the Library here, we did not speak the local tongue and one place stated in plain English NO tourist information was available, in another a very rude " person " basically pushed us back out of the door and...More

This is one of the areas of Vienna that needs to be on your itinerary no matter how short your visit. We devoted time on both of our full days in the city, taking advantage of the fact that a discounted multi-attraction ticket does not...More

We went here to see the art works of Klimt and Egon Schiele in the Leopold Museum and we weren’t disappointed. The galleries were well laid out, spacious and light. It takes a good two hours to go round so allow plenty of time for...More

Vienna’s art district, Neubau buzzes with galleries,
arts and crafts, trendy restaurants, avant-garde
shops, and cafés. Neubau’s Spittelberg quarter with
cobblestoned Spittelberggasse and Gutenberggasse make
for a perfect stroll alongside Biedermeier houses and
art shops. Don’t miss the historic courtyard at
Amerlinghaus with its typical Pawlatschen galleries, a
perfect hangout on a warm summer evening.

Yes! Free and beautiful. A fun place for a picnic. It would make sense to google if there is a Vienna card or some card that lowers the price of admissions. Some cities have that. I'm jealous you're going there. My absolute... More
