Despite scouring the internet for information on how to get to the cemetery it was still extremely difficult to find and we only succeeded after asking several different people for help and about an hour of walking around. spooky..a graveyard with all graves of persons found in the danube that could not be identified. rather depressing, but if it is your thing you can take a walk there and light a candle for them...

Well worth a visit not only if you are a fan of 'Before Sunrise', but also if you are interested in this unusual side of the city. one of viennas lesser known cemeteries. here 104 mostly unidentified people who have drowned in the nearby danube have been laid to rest between 1900 and 1940 (dates and numbers courtesy to Duncan Smith, Only in Vienna, Christian Brandstätter Verlag)

A quaint little place in the outskirts (far suberbs) of the city surrounded by some industrial areas. There are no lights at this Friedhof at night so it's best to go there in the morning, although i still enjoyed my night visit, pitch black as it may have been.
