I'm a Mozart fan, but this is just a statue of him. It's OK as far as it goes, but it tells you nothing about him.

It's big. And looks very well done. It's a statue so it only takes a couple minutes to look at. But it's well done.

Mozart is so intricately tied to the history of Vienna, you can't pass up this statue in the Burggarten. Easily reached via public transportation, the statue is not really particularly special, just a nice place to see one of the important persons to Viennese culture....More

Mozart is one of the best known names connected with Vienna and Austria. The monument is situated inside the Burggarten - Imperial Palace Gardens in the centre of Vienna.

The statue of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart in the Burggarten is well visited by tourists, a much loved composer world round, the statue stands behind a pretty flower garden in the shape of a treble clef (a musical symbol).
