Ein weiterer Gedenkort

Ein weiterer Gedenkort für den Bürgermeister von Liebenberg - diesmal als Gedenkplakette am Haus. Ganz nett gemacht - natürlich nicht so ompös wie das große Denkmal. Aber wenn man am Hof ist, dann kann man das gerne mitnehmen.

Zur Erinnerung an einen Bürgermeister

Das Denkmal für Johann Andreas von Liebenberg steht im Herzen der historischen Mitte von Wien zwischen dem Feuerwehrmuseum und dem Uhrenmuseum in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Kirche am Hof. Von der U-Bahn Station Herrengasse aus ist man zu Fuß in weniger als vier Minuten hier.

Das Werk wurde im Jahre 1883 von dem Künstler H. Widler gestaltet. Es besteht aus einer Gedenktafel mit einer Büste des Bürgermeisters und erinnert an den Ort, wo das Haus von ihm stand.

Fazit: Eine gutgemeinte Erinnerung, die man nicht unbedingt gesehen haben muss.

リーベンベルグの像はリング通りの立派なものが有名ですが、こちらはアム　ホーフ広場にあります。建物の壁に付けられているプレートなのでちょっと見つけにくいかもしれません。
