Sounds great in theory, a cooperative for the local area to sell one of my fav foods - cheese. Not sure what I was expecting. May be some artisan style building or a collective of stalls, maybe even different shops down a long road over...More

Had a condensed version of this at a recent business conference at Castle Hofer and it was quite impressive. I'm a fan of the stronger cheeses, but all are worth a try. And a great cultural evening!

Be sure to visit a local farmer who can give you a tour and taste of their very unique and wonderfully tasting cheese. All local stores carry the cheese of the area as well so you can buy more for later.
