This museum really does a wonderful job in showing you the many facets of the state of Vorarlberg. The Roman & Celtic exhibit is great for kids and the "meditation room" with an exceptional view of the lake a very special place for contemplation. The Café serves some wonderful goodies including a truffle chocolate cake that is to die for.

I assumed that judging by the name it would show more of the mountain life history. It had a bit of what I was looking for but not enough. Some English is provided but not all the way through the museum. Don't forget to open the black drawers underneath the display areas.

Several floors of interesting exhibits cleverly displayed and well lit. We were amazed to be approached in English by a young room supervisor who realised we did not know about the panorama room on the top floor and who took us back there when he saw we were missing it.

Very interesting story about 16000 flowers on the facade of the building, molded from the plastic bottles as an artistic project. Some kind of "Bilbao Effect" happened at this place. The architecture makes great marketing for the... More

The Museum is located in a brand new building since just a few weeks now and I'm very impressed by it. The exhibits are changing from time to time and are partly interactive. Very interesting and modern interior and the exhibition on 3 floors already well maintained and arranged. Recommendable. Student price is just 6.50€, adult 9€. If it's raining... More
