Hi, you can take the stroller inside both cable cars to reach the top. Since, your daughter is quite young i will recommend to take the stroller with you, in case she wants to sleep. If no sleep in the eyes, you can carry her around and just leave the stroller at top such that you can have an eye on it. I have done this quite often in Austria and Switzerland and never had to worry that someone will damage it or steal it. People are very nice there. So you have to make up your mind and decide what is better for you.

At the top, you can remain inside and see the view and eat. If you want to go outside it is essentially a ski area and can be windy.
Strongly suggest you check weather forecast and head up on a clear day.
