It’s a really nice train to the top of the Nordkette. The Panoramic view of the Tirol-Alps is fantastic!

Although little bit pricey it is worth visiting. Beautiful panoramic view from the top. So relaxing and you can obviously enjoy a drink in every stop.

We loved our trip up the cable cars into the mountain. Everything runs like clock work. It was so beautiful up there, and the ride up and down is pleasant!

We went expecting a great view and it was true. But to reach the topmost peak required taking either the furnicular from Congress Station > two cable cars; or J bus > two cable cars. The time one way takes nearly 45mins and there’s quite...More

Even if you are not going to engage in the most favoured pass time (i.e. skiing) it is absolutely worthwhile to take the funicular railway and the cable car to Seegrube. The views are stunning (even with a fair amount of cloud). In addition the...More

At the top, you can remain inside and see the view and eat. If you want to go outside it is essentially a ski area and can be windy. Strongly suggest you check weather forecast and head up on a clear day.
