Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

This museum tries to bring modern science to life in a culturally relevant way. For example, they have exhibits about AI and self-driving cars...but unfortunately these exhibits seem well behind current technology. I thought that the most interesting exhibit was on climate change-not so much because it had novel information about climate change-but because I think it represents a very important European attitude about the importance of climate change and geopolitical concerns.

I went here because a colleague recommended it. It was an odd place. As I always do in museums, I took the lift to the top floor, and worked my way down. 4th floor was just a terrace with view. Went down to 3rd floor which just had a cafe. Had a lovely gespritzter at the bar. Then I started exploring the museum. The 2 ND floor was the music floor, would have interested me, but they just had an accident, a spill of some kind, and it was temporarily closed. :(
The first floor was the kids floor, kids running around everywhere - not for this 63 yr old.
Went to minus 1, was mildly interesting with science-related stuff. Then went to -3 which was the best floor, AI stuff. All in all, I was there an hour. Not my kind of museum, and likely wouldn't visit again, was just ok.

The only thing that's worth seeing is the Deep space show and even that is quite chaotic. For 30 minutes we saw a bunch of videos and photos that had nothing in common, would make more sense to have something like themes for the shows. All other exhibitions didn't make any sense to me as there was very little or no explanation in English and most of the time there were no labels to show what you are looking at. Staff was not very helpful either as they didn't offer any help or explanation.

Plan your agenda in advance as many events are organised inside the building, so you dont miss anything.
Starting from The Deep Space and then moving to the Kids area, the attraction is offering unlimited fun and education for everyone.
Resturant is delicious both in the terrasse or indoor.
Finish your day with a Wonderful Ice Coffee.
If you think my review is helpful pls click "Thanks/Grazie"

Strange looking building over the bridge sadly ignored by most if not all of our cruise boat. The 3 D experience of seeing the whole of the universe and the planetary systems and the BBC film of Romes buildings and underground structures was not to be missed . Carefully walk over avoiding crossing the tram lines and give yourself enough time to take it all in. It is well worth the cost of entry.

Located in a futuristic steel and glass building on the banks of the Danube, the museum is dedicated to electronic arts. It has several exhibits and shows on the cutting edge and emerging technologies which we hope to see in the near future.
The museum is lit up beautifully at night and makes for a nice picture.
It is a must visit if you are interested in technology. Otherwise you will not miss much if you skip it.

This ist a highlight at its best :
Look for the Space LAB
Go inside the body of human.
Take a Virtual look inside a brain. NO, its not correct. NO, you are inside the brain looking around.
It is a overwhelming room with pictures in three dimensions.

Easy to reach. There is a parking next to Ars Electronica Center. Take care that you have to take the parking ticket with you at the moment you buy the tickets from the front office in order to reduce the parking price from the entrance ticket. The lady in the front office wasn't very helpful. If you want to see a specific film ask for it. With a family of two kids you need at least 4 hours.

It's more than an electronic museum thanks to their plentiful young staff who enthusiastically tell you all about their exhibits. A great place to generate interest in all the sciences
