Located right in the center of town, and in the old town this place is worth a quick visit. As the historic seat of government it has a great charm around it and the plaza offers a great view of the city.

We walked around the old city and found this beautiful house/museum that was closed. I now understand it was their first parliament building. The plaza is beautiful and well worth a visit
