We had a great afternoon walk round the market, loads of stalls, friendly stall owners, leather goods lace, local produce. Easy to find, the sightseeing bus stops at the bottom of the car park lift.

On our last visit the roads were all being changed. The new roads and market area are a big improvement, much more open and friendly.

Lovely market. Lots of indoor stalls so nice and cool. Some sellers a little pushy but most were pretty easy going.

A nice collection of shops, cozy and covered place, the most pleasant atmosphere and there are a variety of products, some local and some souvenirs for tourists.

This old town has been revitalised in recent years with an indoor market area selling lots of local items, plus many street side cafes to rest and take a drink. The original fruit and veg market is sited down the hill and did not appear...More

No, it's open all day but closed in the evening. Great if you want out of the sun for a while in the afternoon when all other shops are closed!
