We came here for our sons 6th birthday while we were away as he said he wanted to come to the zoo. It was ok but he got a little bored half way round and it seemed most of the cages were full with birds. They did have 1 elephant. Two lions and s couple of tigers. The high light... More

Birds birds and more birds. Ok for a few hours of a visit but anything longer you would get board very quickly. We went as a excursion and wish we had hired a car the zoo is not big enough to spend 4 hours there. All animals are lovely and well looked after not enough going on to keep you... More

If you love the animals you must visit Paphos Zoo. Rich variety of animals, in a quiet place. There is a fantastic show with parrots. You can spend all your day in the zoo as there are restaurants where you can have a delicious lunch or a tasty coffee. The perfect place for children.

We hired a car on one day of our holiday and drove to Pahos Zoo. So glad we did. It is a lovely little zoo, with some great well cared for animals. They have white tigers, a baby elephant, giant tortoises, penguins, and the highlight of the trip was getting to feed a giraffe. It is set on a hillside... More

when to the zoo its quite expensive for the amount of animal it cost £10 to feed the giraff and £2.50 extra to feeda few small birds in an avery. Its 1 kilomiter walk from the bus up hill a taxi back down cost £20 not worth the money

Not quite what you would expect in UK or Europe, somewhat poorly kept, interesting, some rare animals. Feeding the Giraffes was a HUGE bonus for my friend, once in a lifetime. Could do with huge cash injection as some of the cages and enclosures need replacing, but good half day out.

We have been to Cyprus many times now but usually come in the summer months so we have never been to the zoo before as it would be way to hot! The zoo is easy to find and much bigger than I'd anticipated. I think you can get a bus there but we drove our car. The larger animals looked... More
