Almost every village it seems has a "local life" museum, containing a collection of old tools, etc. The museum at Steni is on a different level altogether. The collection is well ordered and gathered into "themes" with every exhibit identified - a guide can be...More

This is a very interesting small museum by the village square. There is a craft market every month, and after your visit you can have a delicious cake at the Watermill

Great museum. Totally free and most signs in English. There did not seem to be anyone in charge but that did not matter. Great café opposite.

We visited this museum after reading all the great reviews on TripAdvisor. An amazing eclectic collection of items... doors, windows, kitchenware, farming and more. It is well worth a visit.
