At first you think to yourself where am I, until you discover the place in details.

An open air style venue, where you can visit what's left of the tombs of the kings. Not so impressive at first glance, but when the guide starts to explain the history of the... read more

This place was awesome, we went on a super hot da in May (42 degrees) but loved walking round the tombs. There was so much to see and explore. It was a really picturesque area as well just by the coast with amazing views from certain areas. You could right into some of the tombs in some areas; which knowing... More

Absolutely loved this, very interesting place, very cheap to enter and can spend a good half a day here so make sure you take a drink and wear suitable footwear as although walkways there is a lot of uneven terrain, steps, rocks ect. Wonderful how you can wander around freely and enter the tombs without guide ropes. Great place to... More

While the tombs are obviously of some great archaeological importance, it is a pity that there is not more explanation is given or a recreation/visualisation of what they used to look like. For many of the tombs there is no information given. maybe better to visit with a guide?

This was a very interesting archealogical site. We saw some of the older tombs first that were little more than caverns but Tombs 3 and 4 are amazing considering the age of the tombs.

I must have come here more than 6 or 7 times but every time I visit Paphos especially if I am staying close by, I do get the bus and spend some time out here. Depending on the time of visit, the weather, the season, the feeling differs. It is a secluded spot with grass growing almost on the doorstep... More

Disappointing as this is definitely not for the infirm or disabled.....there are no or hardly any handrails or ropes even, so take care!!!!
