Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Nice museum that is not too big, full of cool artifacts from ancient times. It is worth a visit, specially because it is located in the city center.

There are ancient treasures here because there have been major excavations on this island which was a crossroads of civilizations. But the inside is dark and dreary, it was full of tourists, and the displays are not clear.

Cyprus Museum traces the ancient civilization of this island. Exhibits go back thousands of years. The tradition of Cyprus is diverse; Greece and Rome promoted trade and culture. This Musem is fascinating; the exhibitions are profoundly influential. about this Mediterranean island's civilization and social and artistic influence.

One would think that a national museum in a capitol should be the country's best but it's not the case here. The Larnaka museum is better though The Cyprus Museum is definitely worth a visit.

The staff at reception was rude and uninterested in providing information. They were all chatting and seemed annoyed to have to stop and give us tickets. Even mocking when being asked questions. It was a bizarre experience.

Not sure, but could only see security forces in ticket office/reception at public museums, and hospitality training is desperatley needed.
