i visited Lux 40 years okay and the Grund is much different today as it is a trendy location for bars, restaurants, hotels, and businesses. Definitely a one of a kind location in Europe.

There are two elevators which can be used to go up or down from/to the Old City: one from "Plateau du Saint Esprit" / "Cité Judiciaire" on top or the Updown bar on the bottom, the other, newer one is on the opposite side... More

2 lifts, about 1 km distance between them, free to use, no operator. 1 lift close to the Grand Duchesse-Charlotte Bridge (large bridge, painted in red), the 2nd lift in the Cité Judiciaire. Makes life easy to explore the... More
