This church in Grund is definitely worth visiting when you're wandering around the historical part of Grund. The church is not huge but my annotation of small is also not completely correct. The church is lacking something to make it really interesting. The paintings and...More

Very interesting, very old church surrounded by operational vegetable gardens replicating what had been practiced back in the day. Near a very nice canal in this extremely deep urban valley

This little church is worth the long walk down the hill. Located next to a slow moving river and beneath the cliffs, it has an awesome location. The inside is stunning. The highlight is certainly the black virgin mary, a relic from Medieval times.

Its only a small church, but worth a visit to see its lovely white interior and gold alter area. Well worth a walk along the river to go and see

Nice for a quick visit. Also named St John on the Stone. It's a Catholic Church with buildings here dating back to 1300's. Worth a quick visit. Free entry. Nazi's kept political prisoners in the adjacent buildings during WWII.

A must visit if you are interested in this type of structure. A lot of work has gone into rebuilding this place after the 2nd World War.

I loved this church and the beautiful stained glass, so peaceful and well worth a visit. We were searching for the Petrusse Express train and couldn't find it, but instead entered into the peace and quiet of this wonderful church.
