I live in this area since almost 14 years. It has been a nice area (shops & restaurants) but today it is a pittyful area. Violence, junkies & dealers all over the place. I recommend leaving the area asap after arrival by train. Too bad.

You would have to be some kind of enthusiast to make a dedicated detour to visit the area, but, if arriving by train, you will get to see it regardless. The building that fronts the station is worth admiring.

The station area is a just a area of Luxembourg. They have the normal shops restaurants cafe super market. You go pass many times.
