My girlfriend and I planned our vacation to the Faroe Islands with a purpose of seeing the Kallurin Lighthouse to celebrate a special occasion, given that this is one of the most iconic sites on the Islands. Upon arrival at the Tourist Information center this...More

Visited Kalsoy today and wanted to put it out there that there was no charge for the walk to Kallur lighthouse. I'm not sure what was meant by the previous review but there were plenty of people visiting the area and no sign that there...More

We absolutely LOVED our visit to Kalsoy. We walked to the lighthouse then had stunning weather on our drive back to the ferry. Only wished we'd had more time here.

Please, do visit this place. Its a easy walk for about 60 minuts from Trøllanes. There are some small hills, but do this in slow speed, and you will make it.
