This is a really imposing building and is the present-day Office of the Prime Minister of Malta, and was built by the Knights in the 1570s. It served as an auberge for the langue of Castile, León and Portugal.

One of the historic auberges of one of the langues of the Knights of Malts, it is now the primeminister's residence. It commands a magnificent position at the entrance to the old city of Valletta and is a magnificent piece of mid eighteenth-century architecture.
This beautiful building is the office of the prime minister of Malta. It was built in the 16th Century and was rebuilt in 1740s. Its baroque architecture style (and the two guns in front) is very interesting and attractive.
Just after entering the old city from the bus station, going right toward the Northern Barrakka Gardens, we arrived at this place with this building.
