This is another hidden away museum of weaponry from across the centuries. There are lots of suits or armour, swords, muskets and cannons to see. For the small entrance fee, a complete audio tour is included. Depending upon your level of interest, you could spend...More

This is a really grand palace, if you can see it all. Due to Malta's current presidency of the European Union, most of the building is out of bounds to tourists, as it is only used for official functions. The palace dates to the sixteenth...More

We wanted to see the Palace, sadly the state rooms were closed today and so we could only see the Armoury. This was 6 Euros entry and interesting with an audio guide, however it became a little repetitive. The small courtyards and balconies of the...More

We really wanted to see this building. However Malta has the EU presidency until the end of June so many public buildings are closed for 'important' functions. No consideration at all for the many tourists visiting the country.

The collection of weapons and cannons is interesting and offers a good example of weaponry during the time of the knights of St John. Interesting collection of helmets. About one hour is necessary to complete the visit of the armory.
