I looked at this bar as a potential venue to re-open but it has been closed for a while and will need a lot of time and effort to bring it back to life. A full refit which I cannot see happening in the foreseeable future. Parking is a nightmare in the area so it would have to rely on... More

Having read the previous reviews my partner and I couldn't wait to visit this lovely pub with its active musical social calendar. What a disappointment. It has changed hands and is dead. We passed it on two separate evenings and ignored it as it was quiet and seemed empty. On the third visit we thought we'd go in and find... More

Cool place to hang out after days under the sun in Malta. Located in the nicest area in Sliema, gives you a very good option for chilling and having a few beers. Once in a while they have live music also, which is rare on the island. Definitely coming back!

Not sure if the previous account is accurate but I wish to add my own "Two cents". I'm not surprised the band frequently visited the toilet as they are paid for their services in beer. They are pretty much a great bunch of guys who will play any tune you request. As for the bar, (Please hum the theme tune... More

Nice little pub, cheap pints (or Cans), nice staff and perfect place to stop and have a few if your heading in to St. Julians for a night out.

This bar is slightly off the main street of Sliema (Tower Road) - but once you find it, you'll never want to leave!! The staff (Dermot and Corinna) were lovely, accomodating, friendly, and most importantly, never let your drink run dry!! They even ordered in extra bottles of what I was drinking to keep me amused. The clientele varies from... More

The previous reviewer has this place spot on - great for a night with friends old and new, just as fab for gentle afternoon refreshment propping up the bar with a newspaper and falling into conversation with the other visitors. To add some practical info: Currently closed on Mondays, open from around 1pm until late the rest of the week.... More

I had the pleasure of performing close-up magic in this hidden gem of a bar last Saturday evening. Where do I start? Your hosts, Dermot & Corinna ensure a most warming of welcomes to both regulars and strangers alike. Such a friendly atmosphere, and your glass is never empty for long. They could NOT do enough for you. Set back... More
