A truly lovely church, and so large, with some great architecture, and so photogenic. Highly recommend a visit, if in Malta.

This large church is situated directly opposite the Palace Hotel where were staying and is well worth the time to explore just for the richness of the interior and wonderful dome. Roman Catholic of course and usually has a sprinkling of locals taking time out...More

This is a beautiful church easily reached from Sliema promenade. It was damaged during the war and although many treasures were lost it is still worth a visit. The mass we attended was in Maltese but English leaflets were provided for visitors.

The Stella Maris Parish Church is a Catholic parish located in fabulist location in Sliema. The church dates back from 1878. If you like baroq architecture you will be very satisfied.

Lovely place you have to stop about 2weeks to see everything Gozo nice we stopped at the plaza hotel Sliema room was clean nice big food was good had a good time

We were staying for a short break at the Preluna Hotel & Spa, and being used to participate in daily mass, we chose to go to Stella Maris which is the closest to the Hotel.
