Nice to walk around and see the view. If you’re into museums or arty things that’s great otherwise there’s not much to see or do. Don’t need a lot of time to walk round it and there were more cars then we’d hoped.

What a great place to visit! A centertown full of well preserved buildings from16th to 18th century. Incredible atmosphere. Good number of interesting churches and a very interesting Catedral Museum. Don t miss it!

I don't want to raise your expectations too far but it is stunning. Especially when you visit it off season on a sunny day with clear blue sky. A medieval town which is still inhabited. Discover narrow alleyways, small squares, churches and much more. And...More

The old city is well maintained and is clean and tidy. Many of the buildings are interesting in their own right and when combined with all of the others make for a very interesting visit. The views over the island are, even on a fairly...More

An important place to include for a visit. Full of interesting history. Interesting old buildings with wrought iron verandas and balconies as well as door knockers. The cathedral is a must to visit, with ornate flooring, decorated ceilings and dome and altar. Either side of...More

It definitely suits its name of 'the silent city'; gorgeous old stone walls and tiny streets. The views from the ramparts over Rabat is beautiful, and there are plenty of little cafes for lunch and traditional pastizzi.

An incredibly beautiful and we'll preserved ancient town. Yes, it is full of tourists but this is no surprise. It is easily reached by bus, and Rabat and the Roman Domus museum are nearby. The Palazzo Falson is well worth a visit, a well preserved...More

Would highly recommend a visit to Mdina. It's really beautiful and has a real sense of old charm. We visited the Cathedral, and Fontanella tea rooms during our visit, both of which I would recommend. Parking is just outside the main gate.

20 minutes on foot will cover the whole city. but it is worth it to spend more time here to see, observe and record the city in your way. for example I like almost every single street here.

We came here on a windy day in Malta. We spent some time walking around the beautiful old city. It was very relaxing and enjoyable.

I was on a tour bus there seemed to be plenty of local buses available and they stopped right outside the walls. Not sure what a teenager would do especially a boy, but for girls plenty of shops!!
