What a surreal place. We visited on a Sunday in winter. Very quiet little town with a stunning beach and a large children’s play area. Looking out to see there are views of container ships, tankers and the port. We all found it. Fascinating area. Popped...More

My children loved this sandy beach!!! It was a hot day, water was warm, food close by, parking ok and it's sandy. The water is safe for children. You can hire chairs and umbrellas. Pretty bay would have once been pretty but now a huge...More

Beautiful clean and safe sandy beach surrounded by many fine restaurants. Across from the bay is the main container port of the island and amazing to see the huge shipping manoeuvring in and out without being unattractive or a pollution hazard. Best beach in the...More

We were heading to Marsaxlokk and saw that this is right beside there. We didn't find much pretty about this place. There's construction happening nearby and the big port right in front ruins all the views...

Small, tidy (more or less) beach... very quiet sea, clean water. If you don't mind the loading/ unloading of the huge cargo ships nearby (and some extra polluted air from time to time) and occasional noise made by planes passing by, it's ok. Acceptable overall,...More

A fantastic place to visit. Currently undergoing some changes but should be great once all done. Have been coming here for almost 14 years. It’s not a bustling tourist spot and only has a few restaurants and bars but it’s value for money.

I’ve been here because I was curious but honestly? It’s a waste of time. Human beings have been able to destroy what probably was a nice spot :( (Also locals around aren’t friendly as they say)
