The church is fairly new, nice architecture and nice views. A free-standing tower by the church. Strange statues around the square. The church is filled with letters and different medical aids sent by people who has recovered from illness. I am sure if you believe...More

Both the Basilica and its surroundings are very beautiful and peaceful. The Stations of the Cross is a must visit. Once you get to the top, you will be struck by the calm and the stunning panoramic views.

Lots to see, a quiet place for contemplation, a cool break in the heat of summer. The views around the area are good.

We loved this church and it's location/scenery but I guess locals need a car to access it. Everything about it showed the love of the locals in building and maintaining. Stunning outside mosaics keeping alive the tradional methods. Worth a visit. I would have liked...More
