We took the ferry in the morning and returned in the afternoon. The ferry travels about fifteen minutes and reaches the destination. Fast and smooth ride. There is a cafe on the ferry and you can buy a sandwich or a cup of coffee at a reasonable price. Trip to the island of Gozo is free, you only have to... More

On your way from Malta to Gozo it's 'free'. The 'return' trip is only paid from Gozo to Malta. Good service, quick and efficient.

The crossing to Gozo on the Gozo Ferry seemed to pass only too quickly as it was very picturesque. The journey only took about 20 minutes each way. Everything was shipshape and well organised. Highly recommended.

Currently residing in Malta for almost a month and we are visiting Gozo from Mainland. The commute was fast and efficient if you do have a car as you can also board it in the ferry. There is also a bus, however it only pass on a scheduled time and so i suggest renting a car is a best way.
