The staff in here were so good I think we visited every day. They sorted out bringing our whale watching trip forward a day & booking us for riding at Ishestar, which was super.

There seem to be multiple travel assistance centers throughout Reykjavik. This one was phenomenal because my daughter and I stay right above it, yes, through the open door and it was extremely convenient for us. The employees speak multiple languages and they are extremely pleasant....More

You can exchange currency, get expert advice, city maps, and the all important City Pass (whe lunch gets you into most of the city museums and hot pools.
