This is the place to get all the tourist you'll need for Reykjavik and the country. It's also got bathrooms which can be quite handy. There is a cafe with changing art exhibits.

Interesting and modern building, with all sort of tourist information staff nearby. It's a good example for city halls all over the world.

Useful place for information and great dioramic map of Iceland. Hop on/ hop off bus stops here as does shuttle to Kringlan Shopping centre, which is free. Lovely views over lake (even when frozen)

Located next to the large pond which was mostly frozen over when we visited. Didn't go in to City Hall but the area around is beautiful.
