I saw some photos from the place. It looked interesting. It is rather far away from the city center so I recommend using a car. There is some public transportation also available. Yet it is just another chapel. Yes it looks nice. Yes it's peaceful...More

The chapel is a beautiful building inside and out. It is a little out the way, but if you are visiting the Hirvensalo island, or this corner of the Turku archipelago, be sure to pay the chapel a visit.

Innovative architecture. Due to this and to the materials, the idea of the chapel is the union with nature. On specified days, a prayer worship is organised. Although it was only in Finnish (which we don't speak) when we attended, we enjoyed the piano music.
