Storyville was very interesting!.. It consists of 2 floors. The top floor for listening to music and grabbing a drink along with food. The bottom 2nd floor for dancing, dining, drinking and for the live bands!.. The club seems to attract older individuals ranging from 30years old and up. As I was 24 years it was still a great time... More

Storyville combines old and classic atmosphere. You can travel in time when you visit this attraction. I visited the venue one Saturday when there was a band playing. I must say I really enjoyed the funny and charismatic staff with their proper old school wardrobe. Although I am younger than the usual audience I felt very welcomed and well served.... More

Storyville is a restaurant and also a jazz club. When you enter the building you will arrive on their restaurant, go down the stairs for the jazz club. The place is great at night, the musicians are professional and you can actually dance to their music. There is a bar across the stage where you can order some booze. Me... More

Decided to visit as near our hotel - and they had a Latin salsa night. The food was disgraceful - overpriced and tasteless. I had the scampi salad which conssted of approx. 5 large prawns lumped on top of a bed of mostly iceberg lettuce with no seasoning or dressing so it was tasteless. I asked for dressing, mayonnaise or... More

My husband and I had looked forward to going to this restaurant because we were attracted by its New Orleans theme. We had hoped to get a good experience for a dinner on Valentine's Day. Unfortunately it turned out to be a huge disappointment. The staff were very rude, the food portions were small but expensive, and the coat check,... More

We visited this well-known jazz club in the early evening. We had a chicken mozzarella salad, that was well-presented, and quite delicious, and enjoyed a couple of sets of the live band. Worth a visit, even if you’re not a true jazz fan.

Live music, nice Terrace/beer garden. Kitchen is open to 4AM and food is really good! I recommend to try lobster soup and lamb chops. This good place to hang around with friends and discuss. Customers are a little but older than in average restaurant

If you're a fan of jazz, swing or blues music you must check wheter there are some gigs you may want to see while staying in the capital of Finland. During twenty years this club has earned a great reputation in Finland which isn't surprising. Most people here are over 40s but this is an appropriative place for younger jazz-fans... More
