My husband and I came to Santa’s village as part of our honeymoon trip to Finland! There was no line up at all and no wait to see Santa!:). Santa was very friendly and we were able to sit with him for about 5 minutes...More

If in Roveniemi you can't not go to this tourist trap. Whole bunch of souvenir shops take advantage of the Arctic Circle line that passes at this location. The resident Santa Claus has been marketed as the genuine article, the official Santa. His "office" is...More

We stopped as an adult couple. We found it quite a nice grouping of shops to buy gifts for home and would be a great place to take kids looking at the other areas to explore. Unfortunately we never got snow for our visit to...More

We visited in late August this facility is right on the Arctic Circle and it is a good opportunity for Arctic Circle photos. We met with Santa for our 3 grandchildren, we purchased the video of our meeting (40 Euros) for them which they enjoyed....More

I went here with my hubby, found the place was small and things were old, 40 euro to take a photo with santa clause was expensive...the part I enjoy most was to write post card for family.....

Easily accessible by public bus (No. 8) Scenery is great and the greatest activity is the husky ride where the huskies are well trained. The reindeer is not worth visiting Generally good but pricy.

I would recommend going here during the winter months, ie with snow. without it, the place just has the feel of a motorway service station (there is actually one such place opposite the village bus stop) . Imagine a theme park in England over the...More

We visited this site several years ago. It is all been re-built since then and is great. The reindeer corral is a must-see and one can feed the reindeer. The gift shops are numerous and there is a post office for mailing letters and packages....More

There is a Reindeer Park with two adult reindeers and an orphaned baby - as in four days ago. Entry is 5 euros. They give you some lichen to feed them

It is a nice visit. I didn't do any attractions other than visit the reindeer and enjoy the food, buy items, etc.
