We attended the guided tour for this ship. The original ship actually sunk on its third voyage when it was about to reach its home harbor. The ship is constructed using the same methods and techniques as if it would be built around 1735.

Got the guided tour, very fun to hear both stories from the replica's 2005 tour to Shanghai and from the original tours hundreds of years ago. Knowledgable guides and a cool ship. I only wish they could still offer oppurtunities to sail with the ship!
