A mix of styles: Romantic Cubist Impressionist and Calssicla. Predominantly Scandinavian but also a Rembrandt Rubens and Van Gogh. Some modern sculpture in the main hall. I spent about 40 minutes there which was about right

Göteborgs Konstmuseum in located at the Avenyn so it is easy to find there. The building has many floors with art paintings. You can leave your stuff in a locker while you visit.

This museum of art is a lot more expansive and varied in content than we were expecting. It contains a mixture of classical and modern art with an emphasis on Nordic artists. It also has quite a few paintings by Picasso, Kandinsky, Rembrandt, Munch etc....More

Really nice museum with beautiful art in a beautiful building in Götaplatsen. Perfect to visit when you are in the center of Gothenburg.

Entrance fee is 40 SEK (~4 EUR). An hour for top floor. Two hours in total Will do.
